We act as a facilitator between Users and independent Service Providers. OrangeFix does not directly perform the services.

4. User Responsibilities

By using OrangeFix, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Use the platform in a lawful manner
• Pay for services as per the agreed-upon pricing
• Treat service providers respectfully
• Avoid misuse, fraud, or illegal activity on the platform

5. Service Provider Responsibilities

All service providers are required to:

• Be background-verified and qualified
• Arrive on time and provide quality service
• Maintain professional behavior at all times

Any misconduct or failure to deliver services should be reported immediately via the app or customer support.

6. Booking, Cancellation, and Refunds

• Bookings can be made directly through the OrangeFix app.

We facilitate connections between users and independent service providers; we are not responsible for their actions.
